Abstract - Taxonomy of the Elaphocera Gené, 1836 of the "heideni" group. Elaphocera ardoini Baraud, 1966, Elaphocera margaritae (Blanco Villero, 1988) and Elaphocera bicolorea Baraud, 1992, new synonyms of Elaphocera heydeni Kraatz, 1882 (Coleoptera, Scarabaeidae, Melolonthinae, Pachydemini) - A review of a small group of taxa described in the genus Elaphocera Gené, 1836 from South Spain. Through the study of the type material of Elaphocera heydeni Kraatz, 1882 new systematic arrangements are proposed: Elaphocera margaritae (Blanco Villero, 1988) and Elaphocera bicolorea Baraud, 1992 are its synonyms, as well as Elaphocera ardoini Baraud, 1966, which yet represents a meridional population of the species.
