Abstract - Ateuchus robustus (Harlod, 1868) (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae: Dichotomiina): description of the third instar larva and pupa - The third instar larva and the pupa of Ateuchus robustus (Harold, 1868), a South-American coprophagous species, are described in detail. Some considerations on the relationships among the species of the genus Ateuchus, based on preimaginal characters, are also added.
