de Phyllophaga
(Coleoptera: Melolonthidae)

Abstract - New Mexican species of the subgenus Chlaenobia of Phyllophaga (Coleoptera: Melolonthidae) - Seven new Mexican species of the Phyllophaga subgenus Chlaenobia Blanchard are described: Ph. (Ch.) halffteriana and Ph. (Ch.) ratcliffeiana from the State of Chiapas; Ph. (Ch.) howdeniana from the State of Puebla; Ph. (Ch.) tzintzontliana from the State of Oaxaca; Ph. (Ch.) etabatesiana, Ph. (Ch.) reyesiana and Ph. (Ch.) sandersoniana from the State of Jalisco. The male and female genitalia of all species are illustrated.
