Abstract - Two new species of Duvalius Del. from southern Lazio beechwoods are described: the first, D. volscus n. sp., from the Aurunci, pertains to the D. franchettii (Luig.) group; the second, D. oscus n. sp., from Monte Cairo, can be included in the same group, but some characters connect it also to the D. cerrutii Sbordoni & Di Domenico one.
