Abstract - Thirteen Italian species of Scymnus (Col. Coccinellidae) of the frontalis (F.) - group are studied. Of each is given a description, the variability and distribution in Italy. Scymnus caprai n. sp. and Scymnus pavesii n. sp. are described; Scymnus schmidti Fürsch & Kreissl and Scymnus inderihensis Mls. are recorded as new for Italian fauna. A key to the Italian species of Scymnus of the frontalis (F.) - group is provided.
