e Paralipsa gularis (Zeller)
(Lepidoptera Galleriidae)

Abstract - Taxonomic and morphological studies on the closely related species Aphomia sociella (Linnaeus) and Paralipsa gularis (Zeller) (Lepidoptera Galleriidae) have been performed with the aim to improve the possibilities of their differentiation. As a contribution to the knowledge of the species a particular regard has been placed on the comparison of the morphology of male and female genitalia. A taxonomic key is then proposed for the identification of adults.
