Two new Rhyssemus species from Asia
(Coleoptera Aphodiidae Psammodiinae)

Abstract - The A. describes two new species of the genus Rhyssemus Mulsant, 1842: 1) R. chinensis n. sp. from China [Type locality: Polu (Turkestan)]; 2) R. thailandicus n. sp. from south-eastern China [Type locality: Guilin (Guangxi)], Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. Original drawings of the male genitalia, with the characteristic armature of the internal sac, and spermatheca of both species complete the article.
