Abstract - A new species of the genus Ghidinia Pavan, 1939 (Coleoptera, Catopidae, Bathysciinae) - The A. describes a new species of the genus Ghidinia Pavan, collected in several caves of the Pre Alps, near Bergamo (Lombardy, Italy), whose aedeagus and metanotal process show the main distinguishing morphological characters. The variability of other characters is also pointed out and analyzed.
