Abstract - The A. describes Speluncarius bericus n. sp. from the cave "Covolo del Tesoro" in the Colli Berici (Vicenza, Veneto). The new species is related to S. stefani (Jur.) and S. pesarinii Bucc., the other Italian species of the genus, from which can be distinguished through the different shape of penis and epipleural extremity.
