Systematic and distributional notes on some
Mexican and Neotropical Cleridae (Coleoptera)

Abstract - Enoclerus alicei Mawdsley, 1994: 145 is treated as a junior synonym of Enoclerus varius (Klug, 1842: 296); Enoclerus subviolaceus (Gorham, 1882: 148) is transferred to Colyphus Spinola, 1841; Enoclerus fugitivus var. cupidus Wolcott, 1927: 59 is raised to species rank. New distributional records are presented for several Mexican and Neotropical clerids, and two uncommonly collected Enoclerus species are figured.
