Abstract - Schidium (Jordischidium) ribesi, new species of a new Palaearctic subgenus (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Reduviidae) - In the present paper, the western Palaearctic species of the genus Schidium Bergroth, 1917 are discussed. They are grouped into the new subgenus Jordischidium, which includes three species: two already known and one described here as new: Schidium (Jordischidium) ribesi n. sp., endemic to Spain.

Abstract - A new Trechisibus (s. str.) from Bolivia (Coleoptera, Carabidae, Trechinae) - Description of a new species of Trechinae from Bolivia: Trechisibus (s. str.) ayrtoni. This species, the first one belonging to the group of T. loeffleri Jeannel, 1958 found outside Peru, is immediately distinguishable for the large size and pronotal shape. Eventually, some considerations on the morphology, the collecting site and the systematic position are provided.

Abstract - Three new species of Laccobius (Cyclolaccobius) are described: L. karnatakensis sp. nov. (India, Karnataka), L. komareki sp. nov. (Ethiopia, Simien Mts.), L. nigrogilvus sp. nov. (India, Meghalaya). Two species described as new by HEBAUER & WANG (1998) in the genus Oocyclus are transferred to Laccobius (Cyclolaccobius): but Oocyclus inermis Hebauer & Wang, 1998 is a junior synonym of Laccobius (Cyclolaccobius) patruelis Knisch, 1924, and Oocyclus flaveolus Hebauer & Wang, 1998 is a junior synonym of Laccobius (Cyclolaccobius) politus Gentili, 1979. Three species of Laccobius assigned previously to the subgenus Glyptolaccobius (L. hanka Gentili & Fikáček, 2009, L. josefi Gentili & Fikáček, 2009 and L. silvester Gentili, 2006) are transferred to the subgenus Cyclolaccobius.

Abstract - Nine new species and a new subspecies of the subgenus Egadroma Motschulsky, 1855 of the genus Stenolophus Dejean, 1821 are here described from Africa: Stenolophus (Egadroma) jaegeri n. sp., S. (E.) uhligi n. sp., S. (E.) occiduus n. sp., S. (E.) barbarae n. sp., S. (E.) barbarae aethiopicus n. ssp., S. (E.) planicostis n. sp., S. (E.) toledanoi n. sp., S. (E.) genieri n. sp., S. (E.) madagascariensis n. sp., S. (E.) ruthmuelleri n. sp. Illustrations of the habitus and male genitalia of the new species and subspecies are provided. Moreover, the following systematic changes are proposed: Stenolophus (Egadroma) micans Erichson, 1842 is a true species, not a synonym of Stenolophus relucens Erichson, 1843; Egadroma senegalense Lecordier, 1978 is a junior (new) synonym of Stenolophus (Egadroma) micans Erichson, 1842; Stenolophus (Egadroma) elegans Péringuey, 1896 is a true species, not a subspecies of Acupalpus quadripustulatus Dejean, 1829; Egadroma collarti Basilewsky, 1948 is a junior (new) synonym of Stenolophus (Egadroma) schoutedeni (Burgeon, 1936). The lectotypes of the taxa Egadroma dollmani Basilewsky, 1946 and Stenolophus columbinus Erichson, 1843 are designated.

Abstract - The genus Rhabidius Basilewsky, 1948, with description of a new species (Coleoptera, Carabidae, Harpalinae) - A new species of Rhabidius Basilewsky, 1948 is here described. Rhabidius rotundangulus n. sp. from Ethiopia is the third species of this genus known so far. R. rotundangulus n. sp. is easily distinguished from the other species of the genus by its pronotum with basal angles rounded instead of obtuse and elytra without microsculpture instead of having shallow microsculpture consisting of transverse meshes. The habitus and male genitalia of the new taxon are illustrated and a map with the distributions of the known species is provided. Some further taxonomic notes on the species of this genus are provided, in particular about some discrepancies between the descriptions of some characters in the original article, the drawings of the aedeagi included, and the characters observed on the typical material.

Abstract - Coleopterological researches in Tenuta di San Rossore (Pisa): Curculionoidea  (Insecta, Coleoptera) - During numerous excursions into Tenuta di San Rossore, belonging to the Migliarino - San Rossore - Massaciuccoli Natural Park (Pisa, Tuscany, Italy), between years 2004-2009, 155 species of Curculionoidea were collected, corresponding to the 6.5% of the whole Italian fauna. Among them, Pseudaplemonus chevrolati (Gyllenhal, 1833) is newly reported for Italy, whereas Exapion ulicis ulicis (Forster, 1771) and Barypeites maritimus (Gyllenhal, 1834) are new to the fauna of Tuscany. Distribution, host plants, habitat and collection data for each species are given.
